The Learning Resource Center was established at Wright State University - Lake Campus to assist students at all levels of academic proficiency. It is a student-centered program organized to enhance the learning abilities and academic enrichment of students.

Computer software packages and audiovisual materials are maintained to allow students opportunities to improve their basic skill deficiencies or allow more advanced students to progress more rapidly in certain subjects or skills.

The Learning Resource Center also provides services such as tutoring and independent/individualized study in conjunction with another department and/or through the Learning Resource Center itself. These services are free of charge to any student who wishes to participate in them.

The Learning Resource Center assists disabled students in the realization of their potential by providing supplemental services on their behalf. Such services may include test proctoring, counseling, tutoring, and note taking. Disabled students are strongly encouraged to contact the Learning Resource Center prior to admission to make arrangements for the necessary services well in advance of enrollment.
